La noia que gestiona l’apartment és molt amable i contesta ràpid als missatges. Apartament és centric i amb tot el necessari. S’agraeix que hi hagi llet, ous i aigua a la nevera. Això és un plus.
No hi ha ascensor. Hi ha parquing però és per un cotxe petit. Malgrat l’amabilitat de l’amfitriona per buscar una solució, no vam poder-hi aparcar ja que anavem amb un cotxe massa gran. Hi ha parquing de pagament a prop (amb una tarifa econòmica)

Es gab kein zur Verfügung gestelltes Frühstück - es ist ein selbstverwaltetes Appartment.
Gut fand ich, dass wirklich alles, was ich brauchte zur Verfügung stand und da wirklich kein Wunsch offen blieb. Am Anfang gab es leider Probleme mit der Sauberkeit des Geschirrs, nach Anmerkung wurden diese Probleme allerdings behoben.
Herausragend fand ich die besonders Zuvorkommende Art der Gastgeberin, die immer direkt erreichbar und engagiert war, den Aufenthalt für mich angenehm zu gestalten.
Gewünscht hätte ich mir, dass die Zusatzkosten (2,50€ pro Waschgang in der Waschmaschine, zahlbar ausschließlich in 50ct Münzen) zuvor bekannt wären. So kommt die Erwartungshaltung auf, man hätte im eigenen Appartment eine kostenfreie Waschmaschine. Das ist nicht der Fall.
Weiterhin hat es mich irritiert, dass im ganzen Haus sehr unfreundliche Schilder der Hausverwaltung an die Mieter hingen. Dies stand im krassen Gegensatz zur sehr freundlichen Art der Vermieterin.

The location is perfect with easy walking access to the palace and the mall!
Although the chandelier is beautiful, the amount of times we hit our heads on it was annoying 😂 everything by else was perfect
