About this apartment rental
Delighted to offer a spacious 4 bedroom apartment on the East strand beach with designated parking. Walk out your front door and the beach is in front of you. Views of both the beach and the famous Portrush Golf Course.
This apartment is a penthouse with 2 balconies and provides you 4 large bedrooms.
IMPORTANT: There is 1 designated parking space available to guest and no other spaces should be used.

Beautiful apartment with high ceilings, spacious rooms, ensuite and family bathrooms, full kitchen/appliances, designated parking and a balcony to relax and enjoy your favourite book.
The apartment consists of:
- A master bedroom with a king size bed, large built in wardrobe, and ensuite with power shower.
- Large second bedroom with king sized bed, balcony and desk.
- 2 double bedrooms with large wardrobes.
- A family bathroom with a shower above the bath.
- Fully equipped kitchen with built in fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob and dishwasher.
- Open plan living/dining room with dining tables, plenty of comfy seating and flat screen smart TV.
- Balcony
- Utility cupboard with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
- Underfloor heating throughout.
- Excellent quality WiFi
- Space to store sports equipment (golf clubs, bikes, paddleboards etc)

Portrush East Strand beach is right outside the front door and just a stones throw from Royal Portrush Golf Course.

Perfect for a home base for our golf trip. Overlooking the East Strand, and walking distance to restaurants downtown. Clean and comfortable. Portrush is a great small town with lots to explore around the area.
