The unit was much more than I expected. Totally worth every penny. Spacious, clean, and the host was very communicative.

Pros: Close to shops, river, healthy grocery store, coffee shops, Sunday flea market. Clean and felt safe.
Cons: with the butterflies, I expected cozy and artsy, but the unit is sterile, basement-feel. More like a corporate apt.Espresso machine, not coffee maker.
I would choose somewhere else if i returned to Fremont.
