    My interaction with several staff at the front desk was confusing and wasting my valuable time. However, I liked the location to access dongmun market and bus stop to airport.

    Great location right at one end of the underground mall. We went right smack in the middle of summer monsoon season and gladly used the underground tunnel to go all the way to the other end which exits right in front of Dongmun market and Abebe Bakery to escape both heat/rain. Happy to have my teenagers be in the same room for togetherness and cost saving. It's huge room for the price that includes livingroom. Place is a bit dated despite the renovation but great value nonetheless

    The place is spotless with efficient housekeeping and reliable Wi-Fi but the wifi is without password so its a bit unsafe, making the stay comfortable. Conveniently located near shopping areas, it offers good facilities overall. Underground shopping mall is just 30second walk. However, there is no door between the bathing area and toilet area, although it seems to be a common practice in Korea.

    Location was really good, just a short walk to shops and traditional markets. It is also really close to the airport with plenty of parking available for those who drive. However, the room was dated and the air-conditioning did not work - we ended up opening the windows to get more comfortable but this brought upon mosquitoes instead. Not having a manned check in counter can also be tricky for some, and not liking how luggage storage is unmanned (with no CCTV in sight) which means anyone could just grab the bags and run.
