Detached house with shops (bakery, mini-market, pharmacy) just 2 km away. On the ground floor, you will find a bright, air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and Wi-Fi, as well as a master suite with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and its own shower room. Washing machine. Separate WC.
Upstairs (15 steps), there is a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be pushed together, a bathroom, and a separate WC.
Baby equipment is available on request: cot, high chair, changing mat.
For your relaxation, you will appreciate the terrace with garden furniture, parasol, two sun loungers, and a griddle. End-of-stay cleaning: €125. Bed linen: €10 per change (single bed). Bed linen: €10 per change (double bed). Change of clothes €20. Towels/person/change €10. Just 30 minutes from Périgueux and Brantôme, discover the treasures of the Périgord Vert: visit the Truffle Museum in Sorges, Thiviers and its foie gras market, explore the old town of Périgueux or Brantôme and its abbey, not forgetting the castles, caves... and, if you wish, show you around his farm, "La Ferme Andrévias". You can find all their delicious products at the shop, just 2.5 km from the gîte. (They raise geese, grow cereals on the farm, and have a walnut orchard.)
