## Emplacement
Sarrola-Carcopino is made up of two charming hamlets set into the mountainside, with views over Ajaccio.
Nearby, you can reach one of the highest peaks in the Ajaccio region: La Punta Sant' Eliséo at 1271 M. It's a beautiful walk, and along the way you'll discover magnificent scenery on both sides of the mountain. Each hamlet is also guarded by a tower-house. Sarrola-Carcopino, with its beautiful pink granite houses, narrow streets, arches and whitewashed walls, is also one of the leading communes in Corsica for its high number of producers. Some of these are highly reputed (cheeses, essential oils, saffron...).

- Ajaccio train station: 20 minutes by car.
- Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte Airport: 10 minutes by car.
