About this house rental
Rent an independent T3 house of 87 m² surrounded by a large garden.
Magnificent sea view, south orientation, large terrace.

Quiet neighborhood located in Ajaccio, easy to access.
Large Ricanto beach and airport 5 minutes by car (3.6 km), port, Ajaccio town center and Porticcio beaches 10 minutes by car.
House equipped for 4 people + baby.
Large living room with central fireplace, lounge area with TV, 1 sofa, armchairs, and dining area.
Super equipped independent kitchen. Washing machine and dryer.
A bedroom with a 160 bed and large closet.
A bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a baby bed (containing baby equipment) and large closet.
Bathroom with shower cubicle and WC, plus a separate WC-washbasin at the entrance of the house.
A small tiled terrace in front of the living room and large garden terrace facing the sea: outdoor dining table, deckchairs, shade sails, armchairs, barbecue.
Internet (fiber). Reversible air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
Tourist documentation. Household linen available if made clean (washed and folded). The cupboards contain a complete set of household products and basic groceries, to be replaced as the stocks run out by the tenants, which saves each tenant from having to buy everything!
No smoking and no animals.
A tourist tax of 1.10 euros per night applies in addition to the rental price, to be paid directly two weeks before the start of the stay.

Cette villa est magnifique vos vacances peuvent commencer dès votre arrivé tellement tout est prévu.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée, climatisation dans toute la maison et vue sur mer avec une immense terrasse....Tout est parfait... Je recommande vivement.

Belle maison. Cuisine super bien équipée, vaisselle et robots, linge de maison en conséquence, draps, serviettes et torchons. Ménage impeccable. Très grande terrasse magnifique avec vue sur mer. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces, fort agréable en été. Ne cherchez plus je recommande. rapport qualité/prix au top. Bonnes vacances aux prochains locataires
