The villa is divided into two independent residences designed to suit different needs:
Main House 180 m² accommodates 8 guests with 4 en-suite bedrooms, a living room with library, dining area and large terraces with sea views.
The Guest House 50 m² is a cosy studio for 2 guests with a bathroom, kitchen and lounge overlooking the Mediterranean.
Outdoor areas are equally impressive:
Heated infinity pool 8×4 metres with a secure area for children and safety barriers
A small plunge pool or rebolsadero measuring 4×1 metres
A peaceful garden that invites rest and relaxation
Mobile barbecue perfect for outdoor grilling
Spacious porches and terraces combining shade and breeze ideal for enjoying the sun in comfort
A generous balcony to unwind admire the views and enjoy the soft sea breeze
Outdoor showers offering the chance to cool off while surrounded by nature

IMPORTANT ASPECTS REGARDING RATES AND PAYMENTS:
1. Cleaning Costs
Stays up to one week:
Final cleaning: 500 €
Stays of two weeks:
Mid-stay cleaning (2 hours/2 people): 113 €
Final cleaning at the end of the second week: 500 €
Stays of three weeks:
Two mid-stay cleanings: 113 € each
Final cleaning at the end of the third week: 500 €
2. Tourist Tax: 2 € per adult per day for the first 7 days.
3. Off-season (15/10 to 15/04): Heating surcharge for the house 500 € per week.
4. Late Check-in: From 20:00 to 24:00: +45 €
5. Late Check-in: After 24:00: +70 €
6. Off-season, October to May: A charge of 50 € per person per day for each guest beyond the 8th person.
7. Heated Pool Option
Weekly Option: Price: 350 € per week (200 € base price + 100 € for electricity consumption based on actual usage)
Monthly Option: Price: 1,000 € per month (600 € base price + 400 € for electricity consumption based on actual usage)

The location of this beautiful home is just simply jaw-dropping, gorgeous. To be able to relax and swim in the pool while overlooking the sea and bustling activity is sublime. The home was in excellent condition and the communication with the host, Len, was timely and efficient. He or the house staff responded quickly to any small issues we needed to be addressed. We truly enjoyed our stay at this very special property.

This was a trip years in the planning. The property was absolutely amazing. Loved the island. Would hope to return someday. Len was an amazing host and made everything so very easy as were his property manager and maintenance people. Mallorca is ia true treasure❤️

We are recurrent guests and over the years Es Maressos kept its high standard if not increased its attraction. The owners definitely manage to improve things for the comfort or the pleasure of their guests. The location hasn't changed and remain the main asset of Es Maressos.

This was not our first time at Es Maressos. We love it! The house is gorgeous and wonderfully appointed. The owners made certain that our every need was seen to and took great care in making sure the house was best prepared to welcome you.
This house is a labour of love for them and their attention to detail permeates everything.
We had not returned for a while and this time, we were delighted to see that as in previous years, our stay was even better than the last. The owners, who are both very house proud, are painstakingly continually looking for things to improve. This time, we found not only one but two brand new kitchens, the first which we mostly used, was indoors and offered 180 degree views over the pool and vista, allowing me to prepare meals or lingering over lunch all the while looking after the children in the pool.
This is a wonderful getaway - whether you are coming with your family or friends - it simply doesn't get any better. After trying some of the wonderful restaurants Len and Agnes recommended, after a visit to the local market and organic food stores, we actually preferred to stay at Es Maressos - the view is unparalleled.
Highly highly recommend staying at Es Maressos! We certainly hope to go back....that, I guess, says it all....
