About this apartment rental

Head past the custom front-door painting and into an interior with original hardwood flooring. Standouts include a remote-control fireplace and subway-tiled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A wood stove adds a warm glow to the shared patio.

This 1920's shotgun-style four unit apartment building has been completely restored with all modern amenities. The tenant house has a rich history on Main Street in downtown Richmond.

We stay at this multi-unit VRBO when we come to visit family in Richmond KY. This place is ADORABLE, cozy and comfortable. We LOVE the decor - each unit represents an element (water, fire, Earth and Sun). Very clean, well equipped with extras of bottles of water and coffee/tea for the Keurig. Lots of live plants that are well cared for. Definitely recommend this gem VRBO when visiting Richmond!
