Stately ★ Modern ★ Elegant ★ This listing is one of four in The Tenant House. This completely restored one bedroom, one bathroom unit has a remote control fireplace, Juliet balcony, original hardwood flooring, a beautiful patio, and all the amenities one could ask for. Located across from the Richmond Visitors Center, it is within walking distance of the downtown area, parks, and EKU. The laundry, an outdoor patio, and recreational area are all shared spaces. This is an upstairs unit.

The pictures do not adequately capture the beauty of this apartment. It is a charming and delightful place. I will be staying here again.

This was truly a a lovely place to stay, however, the listing did not indicate that there were upstairs units and downstairs units. Therefore, when my husband and I arrived, we were quite surprised that we were going to have to navigate a steep and narrow set of stairs to get to the upstairs apartment. We are 74 and 78. It was not safe for us. I suggest you make it clear in your description and designate which units are upstairs so those of us who can’t maneuver steep stairs will know not to choose an upstairs unit. I truly loved the place it was so well decorated! Would rent again but in a downstairs unit!
