Disregard the $170 price and the minimums you see on the calendar as they are for anyone who wants to rent any of those 3 nights who is NOT renting the weekend nights.
Those extra 3 nights will remain available to the "Weekend" renter unless someone else comes along to rent them.
This property is truly marvelous. The resort has a convenience store on site and is a mile away from a beautiful, upscale super market that also serves food.
Then head down 2 - 3 miles away to downtown Palm Desert with its bevy of chic shops, loads of restaurants and night time dancing at some of the restaurants and bars.
Take a 20 minute drive down famous Highway 111 and visit Palm Springs. From there, another 25 minutes to the Indian casino, which is next to a large outlet mall.
A great place to be near the festivals. Great weather and you'll see why the lower California desert is so popular during the winter and springtime.
