This rental covers the first weekend of the Coachella Valley Music Festival. A shuttle bus to the music festivals stops at Shadow Ridge. See the concierge right away when checking in for the bus schedule.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a minimum stay of 4 nights - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish you can extend your stay after the festival into Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - the 13th, 14th and 15th, you can rent one, two or all three of the 3 nights for just $120.00/night - no minimums. Disregard the $174 price and the minimum nights you see on the calendar as they are for anyone who wants to rent any of those 3 nights who is NOT renting the weekend nights.
Those extra 3 nights will remain available to the "Weekend" renter unless someone else comes along to rent them.
This is a Studio unit with a King size bed and a queen Sofa Bed and a large TV. It has a patio overlooking one of the fairways. It has a kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, cups, plates and glasses. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub.
And lots of barbecues throughout the building grounds,
There is WiFi and free covered parking. Two fitness centers - one open 24 hrs, 6 pools, jacuzzi's, tennis and pickle ball courts, an 18-hole golf course, ping pong tables, fire pits, miniature golf, 2 basketball courts and many more amenities including even a kid's center with arts and crafts stuff.
This property is truly marvelous. The resort has a convenience store on site and is a mile away from a beautiful, upscale super market.
Then head down 2 - 3 miles away to downtown Palm Desert with its bevy of chic shops, loads of restaurants and nightime dancing at some of the restaurants and bars.
Take a 20 minute drive down famous Highway 111 and visit Palm Springs. From there, another 25 minutes to the Indian casino, which is next to a large outlet mall.
Great weather and you'll see why the lower California desert is so popular during the winter and springtime.
