Property was well maintained. House had everything anyone might need. Property Manager was very helpful, as we had several questions never having done this before. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is great. Was not fond of the loud furnace or the AUTO setting thermostat. I was hot so I turned down the thermostat but then the AC kicked in. That is when I realized the thermostat had this AUTO feature. There seemed to be a very small range for this feature to kick in. The heat was set at 70 but when I turned it down to 65, that is when the AC kicked in. I then turned off the AUTO feature. Otherwise this place was GREAT once I figure out the thermostat.I also had to asked EVOLVE for the check in instruction and did not receive them until 6:48pm. I should have received them the day before I waas to arrive.

This place is conveniently located on a quiet street. There were plenty of pots and pans for meal prep. Nice covered deck…and covered parking. It was a treat to have fruit trees in the yard.
