1! Turn off the air conditioning when you’re not in the unit....
2! Do not smoke inside the unit... you can smoke outside in the open air....
3! Parties or events are not allowed on the property....
4! THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE... LET’S BE VERY CAREFUL WITH WATER, SINCE OUR TOWN IS SUFFERING FROM A DROUGHT, AND WE HAVE TO ORDER WATER TRUCKS. WE INVITE YOU TO HELP PROTECT OUR ENVIRONMENT AND CONSERVE WATER. THANK YOU....
In the event of damaged items, extra charges will apply... such as for
towels $ 20 dollars each, pillowcases $20 dollars each, and sheets 70
