This house was a good value, especially with 3 BRs. The neighborhood is only quasi shady. There was a dirty knife and some cobwebs, but overall the place was clean. Be careful on the stairs. They had a sharp screw sticking out of the handrail and I cut my finger on it. I called the manager but they didn’t even bother to call me back. Bad service at this place and with Vacasa.
