This charming, quiet 1BR 1 Bath with bunks, sleeps 4 comfortably. Air mattress is provided. Conveniently located next to Cotton Bayou and Sugar white sand and turquoise waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Explore everything that Gulf Shores and Orange Beach have to offer. You are steps to the sparkling pool, beach, boat launch and walking/biking trails. Beautifully updated kitchen offers a place to gather for meals or unwind on the private balcony. Stroll to nearby shops and restaurants. This condo offers the perfect blend of beachside convenience.
Situated right across the street from the beach, guests can enjoy easy access to the shoreline with a dedicated pedestrian light at the crosswalk. Guests have access to shared amenities, including a swimming pool, Gazebo with BBQ grills, common area with (3) tv's plus lots of seating, and a workout room adding to the leisure options available during your stay.
Sleeping Arrangements: Master bedroom has a queen bed; twin bunks in hallway; queen sofa sleeper.
Living Area: The condo features a bright and inviting living area furnished with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV equipped with Wi-Fi for entertainment. Step through the patio door to access the private balcony.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home cooked meals/desserts. Some small appliances include toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker and more. Starter pack of coffee pods, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags and paper towels are provided.
Bathroom: Full size bathroom with tub/shower combo is equipped with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hair dryer, and starter pack of shampoo/conditioner/soap/toilet paper.
Laundry: This unit features a full size washer & dryer with starter pack of laundry pods and has an iron & ironing board for all your laundering needs.
Beach Essentials: Included with the home are beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. We love our pets but it is a HOA rule.
We have always and will continue to perform a very thorough cleaning and disinfection program between every guest.
Parking pass is $50 per vehicle and is paid directly to the complex. Maximum of 2 vehicles.

This property was amazing and immaculate. Convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The host provided great service and communication. I would recommend this location to my friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience for my first time at Orange Beach!

We stayed at Grand Caribbean 122, a lovely condo right across the street from the public beach—very convenient! We also dined at Cottons restaurant next door twice because it was so enjoyable and the food was excellent. Overall, we give this entire experience and vacation a five-star rating. We highly recommend it to anyone!
