This condo was PERFECT! Nice linens, beautiful balcony, plenty of parking, speedy elevators, easy check in & check out process, close to shopping & restaurants. I hope to stay at Summerchase 607 again in the future!

Great complex and property! Only hiccup is master bedroom bed could use a new mattress and the cleaners showed up before check out time. Great communication with liquid life

First condo is very nice, clean and well appointed. The condo was great, just in a very noisy location. The management company WAS not responsive to maintenance issues. TV in the second bedroom did not work for our 7 day stay. 3 calls to Liquid Life did nothing, no follow up, no communication at all. That TV would have helped with the noise. The closet door in the same room fell off and hit me in the shoulder, we waited 3 days for them to fix, husband got our car tools and fix it himself. Also, I should have more attention but the condo is non-smoking but the bldg is smoking allowed. Laying by the pool and butts raining down from the balconies above. Couldn’t enjoy the wonderful balcony on this condo for the cigarette smoke and then at night it was the pot. As an older person, this condo is not for us, such a shame as we met many great people there and bldg management did all they could to keep pool deck clean. We have been coming to Orange Beach for many, many years but one and done on this condo.
