About this apartment rental
Welcome to idyllic Grünerløkka!. My home is situated in the middle of the city right by Hallénparken and at walking distance to public transport (tram is only 5 minutes walk!), cafes, shops as well as beautiful green areas and hiking trails by Akerselva river. Here you live very centrally with a short distance to "everything", but at the same time secluded and quiet
It is a very bright apartment located on the third floor of a classic building (no lift but the staircase is wide and comfortable), and contains an entrance hall, an airy living room with a fireplace with glass doors, which gives the room warmth and cosiness on cold days, a well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a nice bathroom.
There is underfloor heating in the entrance hall, bathroom and kitchen, so you will be very comfy also during the winter days.
This is my private home that I rent out whenever I am away or travelling, therefore is full equipped and even if we share the closet, there is still plenty of space !
