About this house rental
This stunning townhouse is situated in the Vale de Milho development, with easy access to the Vale de Milho Golf course, restaurants and within walking distance to the Centeanes beach.
Casa Folkino's has been recently acquired and decorated with great taste. It is located on a first floor and complies two, air conditioned, bedrooms with terraces with views of the Golf course.
There is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a double room with walk-in shower. In the living room, there is an also a terrace with sitting area to the golf course.
Overall, this townhouse is ideally perfect for a family holiday or golf lovers!
We also wish to inform that The Lagoa Municipal Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024.
The tax applies to guests staying at hotels, resorts, tourist apartments, rural tourism developments, campsites and local lodging (AL) establishments, including hostels. The charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older.
Certain exemptions apply, including aged guests 12 and younger, guests with proven disabilities exceeding 60%, national and foreign students attending the University of the Algarve for up to 60 days straight at the beginning of each academic year, guests staying in Lagoa for medical treatment (including one other person), and guests who have been offered accommodation by a tourist or AL establishment.
Please note that an extra payment for the tourism tax will be added to your reservation after booking the property.

Very relaxing, peaceful location

Good, clean property, with wonderful views over golf course, making holiday very relaxing.
The downside is that there are steps down to the property and up again to access the actual apartment. Not suitable if you have mobile issues. However, we would stay there again while we are fit!
