The place was very clean and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Everything was fully functional with no issues. The host provided everything we needed, including soap, towels, beach towels, and even some extra thoughtful gifts like coffee, rum, and water bottles. The location is a 15-minute walk to Pebbles Beach and close to bus stops. Once you get the hang of the buses, it's easy to get around.

Stylish, extremely clean and new inside. A/C works fantastic in the bedroom. Ceiling fan in the living area/kitchen. Zero bugs inside. 12-15 min walk to Brownes beach (6 shipwrecks to snorkel offshore) and bus access within 75 ft of the rental. The only things I might consider adding would be a microwave (however there is a toaster oven and stovetop burners) and a couple of beach towels. From time to time there are cars who pass on the road which have extremely loud mufflers and/or music. However this noise is heard in the living/dining area. Almost no vehicle noise reaches the bedroom, Final bonus..the only island rental I've ever rented where I don't hear roosters crowing in the morning. The assorted beverages available were a great touch. The neighborhood is beyond safe. The shower has good pressure and hot water. I would definitely stay here again.
