Perfect for groups of 2 - 6, and fun for all!
Comfortable Guestrooms and Bathrooms: Our spacious guests rooms and bathrooms are outfitted similar to boutique hotel suites featuring- unique furniture, original artwork, hospitality-grade linens, reading lamps, charging stations, white noise machines, ceiling fans, roller shades, blackout curtains, ample clothing storage (and luggage racks), and Terra Pure bath and hand amenities. We want to ensure that our guests are refreshed, restored and ready to explore our Bourbon City.

Start your day with a local latte or unwind in the evening with a glass of bourbon or wine while sitting on the Adirondack chairs in the front yard. We adored this house. Perfect location with restaurants and a brewery nearby. Yard was great for our dogs and Jamie was so so accommodating. We will definitely stay there again!

My family friend was moving out of Louisville, Kentucky, so we decided to rent a place to have some R & R and calm environment. We were in love with this place - authentic shotgun house - which we always wanted to experience for once. The amenities being offered at the place were thoughtful and well-planned! High recommended for anyone who wants to stay at shotgun house and have some R & R by playing some games and relaxing out in backyard.

I've stayed at many, many VRBO's across the country and world - and this hands-down was my favorite. Yes, location counts for a lot, with it being nestled within the best area of the Clifton neighborhood. But, everything inside the home was just perfect as well. I was here with my 16-year-old son and his friend - but I could see this as a perfect place for a girl's trip, couples trip or larger family. The hosts were incredibly responsive and there wasn't a single thing we were missing. There's a train that runs behind the house, but it didn't disturb any sleep with the white noise machine running. I'm trying to come up with another reason to go to Louisville to stay in this sweet house again!
