Nestled amid lush natural surroundings on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, between Venice and Trieste, Villaggio San Francesco truly offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Its large water park and comprehensive services, featuring all kinds of activities, make a stay at this resort a true pleasure. Every evening, the team ensures that your day comes to a wonderful close. The 500-meter-long private beach is the perfect spot to relax. The resort also features a large number of different swimming pools, all of which can be used free of charge. Right next to the resort is the Centro Aquatico Garden water park. This swimming pool complex with water slides can be visited for an admission fee. Coin-operated washers and dryers are also available to guests.
The Happy Superior accommodations are comfortably furnished and sleeps 6 people. There are a total of three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. A sofa bed in the open-concept living and dining area provides additional sleeping space. All bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and features a 4-burner gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator. There is one bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and hair dryer, as well as a second bathroom adjacent to the double bedroom, featuring a sink, shower, and toilet. The covered wooden deck, furnished with a table, chairs, a hanging chair, two lounge chairs, and an electric grill, is perfect for cozy barbecue evenings. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
On this beautiful stretch of coastline, you’ll find all the amenities and services of a modern vacation resort. Beach chairs and umbrellas (for rent), a spacious, open sandy beach, and a wide range of water sports await you. A surf school, catamarans, water skiing, banana boats, and parasailing are available to guests. In addition, the “Panda” beach section offers a shaded picnic area, beach volleyball, and bocce.
POOL
Guests at Village San Francesco have access to a total of nine swimming pools surrounded by a lush pine forest. Designed to strike the perfect balance between fun and relaxation, the swimming pools offer something for every guest. The Tropical Pool, with a view of the sea, is divided into a pool for adults and one for children. The Maxim and Residence Pool surprises with waterfalls and water features. The Penelope Pool is located near the chalets and is ideal for those who like to spend most of their time in the pool. Those looking for even more can let loose at the water park (for a fee), which features four pools, two slides, a hot tub, play areas for children, and fitness facilities for adults.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
A wide range of entertainment programs tailored to guests’ ages and interests awaits you. At the Villagio San Francesco resort, entertainment for all ages is already included. Enjoy your vacation by leaving everything to the professional activity leaders. Countless programs are available to you. Choose from sports, fitness, excursions, or dance classes, as well as creative programs for the little ones and interesting evening activities. Our young guests are especially pampered. The team offers entertainment for all ages, and the resort features three different clubs: 1. Flinky Club for ages 3 to 8; 2. Teen Club for ages 9 to 12; 3. Be Free Club for ages 13 to 17.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
Soccer, basketball, table tennis, volleyball, and water polo tournaments are organized for youth ages 9–13 (Junior Club) and adults over 14. You can also participate in various courses: windsurfing, sailing, tennis, and swimming. The entertainment team offers an exclusive program with activities and fun for every taste and age group. At the sports school, you can enjoy a vacation centered around sports; that is, you can practice at least 6 different disciplines and take part in classes led by the best instructors. You can compete in contests and other tournaments and, if you win, enjoy the prize. The resort offers a varied fitness program and dance classes to delight you.
SHOPPING
At the supermarket, you’ll find fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and other groceries. The resort also features a shop selling tobacco products, newspapers, and souvenirs.
MEALS
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, and pans. Shopping options are also nearby. Of course, you can also take advantage of half-board or full-board options. You’re welcome to book these on-site (no advance reservation is required). A wide selection of typical regional dishes, such as meat and fish specialties, pizzas, and piadinas, awaits you at one of the resort’s restaurants. And afterward, you can treat yourself to a delicious ice cream at the ice cream parlor.

SPECIAL INFORMATION
A doctor is available at all times in the resort. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided. The accommodations are inspected afterward to ensure they are clean. Any complaints will result in a charge of 50 euros. High chairs and travel cribs must be requested at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be requested no later than 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed).
