Family-friendly vacation park with a spacious pool area and private beach. For each week booked using the code "Happy27" at 31.01.2027, we’ll deduct a flat discount of 25 euros from your booking, in addition to the price shown.

Nestled amid lush natural surroundings on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, between Venice and Trieste, Villaggio San Francesco truly offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Its large water park and comprehensive range of services, featuring all kinds of activities, make a stay at this resort a delight. Every evening, the team ensures that your day comes to a wonderful close. The 500-meter-long private beach is the perfect spot to relax. The resort also features a large number of different swimming pools. Right next to the resort is the Centro Aquatico Garden water park. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to guests.
The Happy Premium mobile home is modern, bright, and comfortably furnished. The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people, including babies, and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two children’s rooms, each with two single beds. The living room features a sleeper sofa. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and includes a 4-burner gas stove, sink, cutlery, dishes, an Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The mobile home features either a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, or a bathroom with a shower and sink plus a separate toilet. The partially covered wooden deck with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play in the playground or by the pool. Guests have access to 2 lounge chairs and an electric grill. Half-board or full-board meals can also be booked on-site upon request. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 3.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates, as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is, of course, possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
On this beautiful stretch of coastline, you’ll find all the amenities and services of a modern vacation resort. Sun loungers and umbrellas, a spacious, open sandy beach, and a wide range of water sports await you. A surf school, catamarans, water skiing, banana boats, and parasailing are available to guests. In addition, the “Panda” section of the beach offers a shaded picnic area, beach volleyball, and bocce.

Guests at Village San Francesco have access to a total of nine swimming pools surrounded by a lush pine forest. Designed to strike the perfect balance between fun and relaxation, the pools offer something for every guest. The Tropical Pool, with a view of the sea, is divided into a pool for adults and one for children. The Maxim and Residence Pool surprises with waterfalls and water features. The Penelope Pool is located near the chalets and is ideal for those who like to spend most of their time in the pool. Those looking for even more can let loose at the water park, which features four pools, two slides, a hot tub, play areas for children, and fitness facilities for adults.
