I loved these properties. they are new. A great budget friendly option. Though beach is a five minute walk. We did not feel comfortable crossing that busy main street to get to it. Better option to rent a golf cart to get to beach. suggest putting lights in stairs for safety. Also we could not get top lock to turn to lock front door. thanks for a great stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by how great this home was. We originally thought it was on the ocean side of the highway and were a bit disappointed to find it on the bay side—but that didn’t last long. It’s a short walk to the beach, the neighborhood is new and quiet, and the home is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable.The pool was perfect after beach days, and while it’s a bit farther from town, we didn’t mind. The beach here had more seaweed, so we visited a more maintained area with better beach access and parking.Only real downside: there's a side-by-side for rent, but it can’t be driven outside the neighborhood, which makes it impractical.Overall, a great stay—we’ll be back!

Perfect home for my daughter and myself. Very nice home for a quick get away. Right across the street from the beach which is not as crowded as Crystal Beach
