Ubytování je v rodinné vile, kde bydlí majitelé, kteří jsou velmi milí a přátelští. Bydleli jsme v bývalém dětském pokoji a k dispozici jsme měli pro sebe krásnou velkou koupelnu. Snídaně si připravujete sami ve stejné kuchyni, kterou využívá rodina, v ceně je toustový chléb, máslo, marmeláda, ovesné vločky a mléko, čaj, káva. Do centra Santanderu jezdí autobus většinou co půl hodiny (zastávka je ve vzdálenosti asi 10 min. chůze) a cesta busem trvá asi 15-20 minut. Asi půl hodiny pěšky od domu je skalnaté pobřeží, podél kterého vede stezka po útesech a jsou zde malé pláže, některé písčité, jiné kamenité. Rozhodně stojí zato si udělat procházku. Ubytování doporučujeme cestovatelům, kteří chtějí nahlédnout do života španělské rodiny a nehledají hotelový luxus.
Dvojpostel pro nás s manželem byla poněkud úzká a jelikož je pokoj v podkroví, je zde šikmý strop, který je pro lidi vyšší postavy dost nízký. Také nás zpočátku nemile překvapilo, že pokoj není možné zamknout. Poté, co jsme poznali rodinu, která je velmi přátelská a respektující soukromí, ukázalo se, že to není problém.
