Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, endroit très sécurisé avec badge d’accès. Appartement tout confort comme d’écrit dans la description. Rien à redire tout était parfait. Très bon contact auprès de la personne qui s’occupe du logement très professionnel aux petits soin pour c’est clients.

Rien à redire, plan d’accès et vidéo sur YouTube pour emplacement parking, et containers à déchet.

Een appartement op een super locatie. De gastvrouw is ten alle tijden beschikbaar om je te woord te staan. Van alle gemakken voorzien en wat hebben we genoten!

We recently stayed at this apartment and, overall, it looked fantastic. It was beautifully designed, very modern, and had clearly been put together with a lot of attention to detail. Aesthetically, it was one of the nicest apartments we've stayed in.

The biggest problem was the temperature in the room. It was extremely hot, and there was no practical way to cool it down. Opening the balcony doors wasn't really an option because of the amount of noise from outside. Even a simple fan in the room would have made a huge difference and made the stay much more comfortable. The bathroom towels were also disappointing. They were very small and felt more like hand or face towels rather than proper bath towels. We also experienced an issue accessing the building after 10pm when the main golden gates were locked. Unfortunately, the key card system wasn't working, leaving us stranded outside for around 30 minutes until a security guard happened to walk past and let us in. It would have been helpful if our apartment contact had checked in on the morning of our arrival, as they would likely have been aware of the key card issues and could have warned us or provided an alternative way to access the building. Finally, the return of our security deposit took 14 days and only happened after we chased it up, which was frustrating and could have been handled much more efficiently. The apartment itself is stylish and has a lot of potential, but these issues took away from what could have been an excellent stay. With a few improvements to guest comfort, communication and customer service, it would be a much better experience.
