centrale ligging, rustig en proper.
slot op voordeur mocht duidelijker gecommuniceerd worden. Onze buren hadden een badge en een sleutel, wij hadden enkel de badge, je moet dan zelf maar uitdokteren waar je die badge moet scannen. Op zich geen probleem, maar als je dan een whatsapp stuurt krijg je een vrij arrogante reactie terug. Blijkbaar had de eigenaar weinig zin om vriendelijk te antwoorden. Maar met de lage prijs nemen we dat er bij.

Perfecte locatie: dicht bij strand, winkels en uitgaansbuurt en toch heel rustig. Mooie kamer 16m2, proper, goed bed. Waterkoker en koffiemachine (cups zelf mee te brengen), flatscreen TV, kleine badkamer met douchecabine, proper toilet en lavabo.
Er is geen lift aanwezig, wel een oude trap (voor wie mobiel is is dat geen probleem). Er hangt in de gang een geurtje, gelukkig niet in de kamer. Vind 135€ per nacht + 5€ citytax wel te veel voor deze kamer, vergeleken met soortgelijke accommodaties in dezelfde buurt.

La proximité était bien car proche de tout
Pas d ascenseur mes ce n est qu un détail, la chambre sale surtout sous le lit, les essuyé sentait vraiment mauvais, la douche était cassé, nous avons dû appeler le propriétaire pour venir replacer la porte pour pas qu elle tombe , il fesait très chaud car pas d air co, et mon fils ces fait piquer de partout le lendemain il avait l œil tout gonflé !!!
