The staff were extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. The rooms were so nice and spacious and even had a heater for the evenings when it got a bit colder. The internet was good, there was plenty of hot water to shower and the room had all the extras you needed. The breakfast was served fresh every morning and was delicious. Beds were also comfortable.
The doors weren't very soundproof so you could hear quite a lot if other people entered/left their rooms.

Rooms clean and very comfortable beds.
Manager was excellent, very helpful.
Poor breakfast, rooms cold, fire was not lit and we had a leak in our room. Fortunately, there was a smaller spare room to move to.
