Everything was excellent: clean, spacious, en-suite in main bedroom, good beds and bedding, lots of very good fans (the weather was wonderfully hot too), great outdoor seating (open and also enclosed areas), very peaceful, very well equipped kitchen and cooking gadgets, a great selection of provided foodstuffs, beautifully decorated, comfortable living room, all sorts of domestic and kitchen equipment we didn’t use, and a lovely host. Tranquility. That part of Norfolk is quiet and peaceful and Norwich is easily reached on the A11, or through the small villages and towns for a quieter trip. Park and Ride is on the edge of Norwich at Thickthorn on the A12.
Impossible to find fault. The occasional train and the racing were the only punctuations in the stillness.

Comfy beds. Welcome. Extras like tea, coffee, bread, breakfast cereal. WiFi was very good.
The occasional train blasting past! The railway line is very close, but they were few to be fair.

Perfect host, nothing was too much trouble for our host. We were really looked after, with a lovely selection of goodies on arrival.
