Pelican's Porch Beach House is a 3BR/3.5BA home overlooking a birding paradise in the nature preserve at Paradise Pointe, Port Aransas. At 1600 sq.ft., it accommodates 10 guests comfortably. It offers amazing views of the island and migratory birds at the beautiful nature preserve. No Smoking. COPASTR: 378-707 Pelican's Porch Port A Beach House is located in Port Aransas, TX in Paradise Pointe, which is a quiet neighborhood on a loop on the west side of Hwy 361. Pelican's Porch overlooks the nature preserve which is home to many island and migratory birds - perfect for the bird watchers! It's about 5 blocks to the beach and you take your vehicle, rent and ride bikes, or take a nice walk! Pelican's Porch accommodates up to 10 people throughout 1600 square feet. Pulling into the neighborhood, you know right away that you are in a very nice Port Aransas community. The houses are beautiful, surrounded by wetlands, nature preserves, and wildlife! There is a community pool although Pelican's Porch has a private pool, just for you! A fountain and pond in the center of the neighborhood adds to the beauty and charm of this amazing area. As you drive up to Pelican's Porch, you will see there is plenty of parking space for up to 4-5 vehicles and boat parking allowed in the driveway. Downstairs, fenced and gated is a gorgeous private pool, outdoor shower, grill, pool toys, and again, those amazing views! There is a propane fire pit for your evening and/or chilly night enjoyment! Or head on into the garage where a game room set up awaits you - pop a shot basketball, air hockey, ring toss, and many more games adults and kiddos will enjoy! Everything is ready for family fun! As you make your way up the steps to the main floor, you'll stop along the way and take in the views and watch all of the birds of paradise. Binoculars and cameras are welcome! It will all take your breath away! You'll make it to the top deck and although the house is stunning on the interior, you'll stop here for a while to see the view, feel the sea breeze, and relax on the patio! Inside Pelican's Porch, you are welcomed to beautiful tile floors, shiplap, and a large open area for living, kitchen, and dining. There is no shortage of seating here! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, flatware, serving supplies, glasses, mugs, wine glasses...anything and everything you need to prep, cook and serve a beautiful meal! Modern conveniences include a dishwasher, coffee maker/kcup combo, microwave, toaster, and blender. We provide a starter supply of dishwasher soap and trash bags as well. Continue on to the bedrooms which are perfect for everyone! 2 King Bedrooms Suites with ensuite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and guest closets - both open to a balcony to catch those sunsets! The guest bedroom has 2 bunk beds, full over full and twin over twin, a closet, and a TV as well. A full guest bathroom is in the hallway. A full-size laundry closet with a washer & dryer and a starter supply of laundry detergent is for your use along with an iron and ironing board. All bathrooms are beautifully designed with gorgeous tiled showers and granite countertops. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided along with a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, 2 rolls of toilet paper. A hairdryer is also available. Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 1st. - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. - Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. - Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks. - This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
