This 4BR/3BA home is perfect for guests who desire to be close to the beach, appreciate stunning sunrises and sunsets while drinking coffee or playing cornhole on the rooftop deck, and being a few blocks to eateries, shopping and nightlife in Old Town Port A! The shared pool is right outside your door! This pool is shared with only one other home (1 pool per 2 houses). Guests have 3-4 parking spots depending on vehicle size, even more with tandem parking, as long as the drive nor street is blocked. Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking. Beautifully decorated, well stocked and perfectly furnished, Stella Maris Port Aransas Beach House will be a part of your Port Aransas beach vacation memories! Although beautiful, Stella Maris offers much more than a gorgeous space. It has everything a chef would want and need to prep, cook, serve and dine in the kitchen area. A large dining table is perfect for dining with your family and friends. Open to the living area, you'll find a large TV and couch. Time to relax! Also on the main floor, is the laundry closet with washer & dryer for guest use, cleaning supplies and a few more kitchen gadgets for the cooks. One King master suite is downstairs; this one has a king bed, TV, and twin/twin bunk beds. There is a hallway bathroom shared with guests. Upstairs you'll walk up to a 2nd living space with another large TV and oversized couch to get comfy and enjoy some down time! This floor also has a 2nd hallway guest bathroom and the 3 additional bedrooms: King Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom King Bedroom Bunk Room Exit out to the rooftop deck (no children allowed without adult supervision at all times). You will find yourself inspired to wake up early to catch the sunrises over the gulf and you'll want to bring your camera for amazing sunsets! Enjoy seating or take a nap on the hammock, soak in the peacefulness up here with a good book and feel the sea breeze. Also located on the rooftop is a pellet smoker. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
