It's on one of the main accesses to Port Aransas Beach; it's great for "people watching" and sunset views off that amazing balcony deck! As much as you will love being on the deck from sunrise to sunset, this spacious and updated interior is unforgettable! Pulling into Moxy's Beach House, you will know you've picked the right one immediately. With ample parking, covered seating, picnic table, charcoal grill, RV hookups (50amp service, water, and sewer hookups), private pool, and outdoor party lights! This outdoor area is perfect for grilling, chillin', swimming, and breathing in the ocean air, as it is steps away from the beach! Make your way to the beautiful and inviting entryway to kick off your shoes, drop your bags, and head upstairs. Awaiting you on the upstairs floor/main floor as the bottom is the entry door and entryway only, is a large chef's kitchen which is well stocked with everything you need to prep, cook, serve, and dine for 12! The kitchen is open to an AMAZING living space and beautiful dining area. A room full of windows is what we call the living space at Moxy's Beach House - 2 sofas, 2 sitting chairs, a table and 4 chairs (for card playing, games, etc.), a large TV, and views to that amazing balcony deck! It will be a hard decision to hang out in this stunning, coastal living room space, or enjoy the outdoors on that amazing deck! The indoor dining space and bar stools are perfect for treating your family and friends to a beautifully coastal decorated dinner area, or move it to the deck for outdoor dining! Down the hall is a half bath for guests, a large washer & dryer room, and 2 master suites with king beds and private ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Both rooms offer closets and dressers for clothes storage. Make your way to the top floor and you will find 2 more large bedrooms which share 1 large bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of these bedrooms is the coolest of cool, fun kids room (adults will love it too) with 2 twin beds, 2 full-size beds, reading lamps, a foosball table, and a large TV. The other bedroom offers a king bed and 2 twins, also with a dresser and closet space. Moxy's Beach House leaves nothing out for the perfect guest stay! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking. Local Attractions: Mustang Island Beach, Port Aransas Nature Preserve, Dolphin Tours, Texas SandFest, Fishing Charters, Port Aransas Art Center, Red Dragon Pirate Cruises, Golf Courses, Port Aransas Museum, UT Marine Science Institute (UTMSI) Home Truths: - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. - Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island. - Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks. - Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. - Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 30th. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
