Welcome to Blue Mesa Lodge 32A, an AvantStay Home!
Located on Sunset Plaza in the heart of Mountain Village, Blue Mesa Lodge and Condos offer the perfect location for your vacation year-round. This home offers prime skiing access.
You enter this room from the 3rd-floor interior hallway accessed by an elevator. In the room, you'll find a comfortable sitting area with a balcony that has views of the plaza below and the San Sophia Ridge beyond. The living space also has a 55-inch flatscreen TV with a DVD player and a quaint dining area with seating for two. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-fridge, two-burner stovetop, coffee maker with starter coffee, toaster, sink, and dishes provided for guest use. The sleeping area consists of two queen beds. There is a shower/tub combination in the bathroom. Blue Mesa also offers ground-floor ski lockers and a common laundry room.
All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
