This spacious two-bedroom Riverside home has an updated interior, amazing private deck and is just steps from skiing, Town Park and everything Telluride has to offer. Bedding: King, two twins This is a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom home located in the C building of the Riverside complex. To enter the condo, guests will climb one flight of stairs from the parking lot level. Upon entering the home, guests will find themselves in an entryway with a short hallway leading to both bedrooms and stairs leading up to the living area. Upstairs is the great room with amazing vaulted ceilings and a comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV with surround sound, Roku, DVD player and a gas fireplace. The picture windows and sliding glass doors open to a private covered deck with a chaise-lounge, chairs and a small table, enjoying views of the San Miguel River and across the valley. The living room is open to the dining room, which has a table for four and three additional stools at the breakfast bar. This area is open to the kitchen, which has black granite countertops, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a toaster, Ninja blender, microwave, coffeemaker and all of the utensils needed to complete any meal. There is an additional entrance to this condo in the kitchen. The two bedrooms are located on the entry-level of this home. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hall with views of Mt. Emma and the San Sophia Ridge. It has a king bed, flatscreen TV, DVD player and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a single marble vanity and step-in shower with a glass surround. The second bedroom has two twin beds. A bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has a marble vanity and a step-in shower with a glass surround. Guests can enjoy wifi, a great location, and a ski locker located on the ground level. The Riverside complex has two outdoor hot tubs with glass surrounds so you can enjoy the trees and views. Downtown Telluride, the gondola and Lift #8 are all within two short blocks of Riverside. Town Park is a stone's throw to the east, and the Bear Creek trailhead is just off the parking lot. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - College ski groups cannot book this home. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. ​​​​​​​ Parking Details: This condo comes with one parking spot, which is first-come-first-served in an onsite private lot. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
