Outside, guests can spend their time lounging by the pool and hot tub, playing a game of volleyball, or enjoying BBQ from the fully equipped summer kitchen. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips! Home Truths: - Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences. - We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The built-in SPA heat is $300 per day plus tax. - Please note that due to its secluded location, cell reception and WiFi is limited at our home. - ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property. - The maximum occupancy at any time during the guest stay is 10 guests. This occupancy limit is strictly enforced. - Our putting green comes with mini golf putters. Please only use these putters on the green. Metal putters are not allowed, as they can damage the surface of the green. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine - Please note that the fireplace in the family room near the kitchen is no longer available for guest use. - Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. - Wedding Ceremonies are not allowed at this home. - No events are authorized unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and any type of social event. - All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). - Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. - The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. - Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. - Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home. Parking Details: - A maximum of 5 cars can park onsite. - Driveway parking is available. - Street parking and garage parking are not available. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
