The kitchen is fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances and handsome wood cabinetry, and it handles everything from a big breakfast before first chair to a long dinner for the whole group. Then there's the hot tub. It's private, and it looks straight out at the ski lifts — the kind of view that makes an evening soak feel like part of the ski day rather than an afterthought. Sink in, watch the last light go off the mountain, and stay a while. Ski-in/ski-out is the real headline. You click in steps from the door and glide right back at the end of the run. The ground level of the complex opens onto shops and restaurants, including Deer Valley Resort's renowned Silver Lake Village dining, so a good meal never requires moving the car. Historic Main Street in Park City is about three miles down the hill. A car makes the trip easy, but you don't need one — the free #4 Orange bus stops right outside the building on Royal Street by ColeSport and runs every half hour, at :22 and :52 past, straight to the Old Town Transit Hub. Once you're downtown, catch a show at the Egyptian Theatre, work your way through the art galleries, and find dinner before heading back up the hill to the hot tub. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home has no AC. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm. - Please note that the building’s elevator is currently undergoing renovations and is expected to remain unavailable until early October. Parking Details: - Parking for the Mont Cervin Plaza is located in the Silver Lake Village parking garage. You'll receive a QR code via email to scan at the entrance gate. Park in the designated parking spot for your unit. - Free parking for one car. Additional parking costs $50/day per car. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
