Mont Cervin #21 puts you mid-mountain at Deer Valley, in the middle of Silver Lake Village, where the ski day starts at the door and ends about fifteen steps from a hot tub. It's a polished alpine condo with warm wood touches running through it — the kind of subtle, well-considered finish that lets the mountain outside do the talking. The layout is open, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen flowing together so nobody gets stranded in another room. Three couches mean the whole group actually has somewhere to land — sprawl out for a movie on the flatscreen, or pull in around the fireplace and let the conversation run long after dinner. The balcony is the best part, and you can reach it from either the living room or the primary bedroom. The hot tub sits out there overlooking the village, which is exactly where a long day on the slopes should end: lights coming on below, steam rising, legs finally forgiving you. If you'd rather have the soak to yourself, there's a jetted tub inside. Downstairs, the building's ground level opens onto shops and restaurants, including Deer Valley Resort's own Silver Lake Village dining. In winter you're clicking in steps from the entrance and gliding right back to it at last chair — genuine ski-in/ski-out, not a shuttle ride away from it. Historic Main Street in Park City is about three miles down the hill, with its shops, galleries, and some of the best restaurants in the area. A car makes that trip easy, but you don't need one: the free #4 Orange bus stops right outside the building on Royal Street by ColeSport and runs every half hour — at :22 and :52 past — straight to the Old Town Transit Hub. Working hours are 7am-9pm. - Please note that the building’s elevator is currently undergoing renovations and is expected to remain unavailable until early October. Parking Details: Free parking for one car. Additional parking costs $50/day per car. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
