Modern Beach Apartment

Location; Layout and size of the apartment. Nice veranda and sitting area outside. There was salt and pepper in the cupboards and plenty of Tea and Coffee and sugar sachets that lasted me my whole stay - loved this as then didn't need to go buy more like we usually have too. And Milk in the fridge - plenty to also last - so Thank-you for not just leaving one or two for a 3 night stay. The pressure and temperature of the showers were heaven and great. Loved the high pressure and massage effect of the shower. Sufficient toiletries left for the length of stay - thank-you. Thanks also for leaving clothes and dishwashing powder for our use. Carparking easy to use, finding and getting the key super easy and access simple. Loved how the verandah opened right up allowing a beautiful breeze through the unit and main front bedroom. Watching the sunsets was the best time of the day in the apartment. Spectacular!

The 100s of micro-ants all through the accommodation. Tracked them back to the laundry cupboard. They even ended up in the ensuite bathroom on my last few days. They were constantly appearing in the kitchen and on my containers, and anywhere there was something for them to climb and explore. The air conditioner in the back room - extremely noisy and was not able to be used because of the loud noise it made when working. Didn't use other air conditioners as the breeze through the main veranda doors was beautiful. The Main TV is way too low - needs to be moved up in height to make easier watching. A bigger TV would have been great for that lounge area. The main shower hose and head needs adjusting so when have it on doesn't go out of the shower onto the floor. Ensuite Shower - water leaks out from the shower area to the main bathroom area - this is okay but does wet your bath towel too much before you get out or leaves a large puddle outside the shower to deal with. Couldn't find the rubbish bins on the C floor. Some more details as to where they are would of been great and make life easier. Didn't realize had to go for a hunt for them and where way over the other side out of site and easy access.

Unfortunately, the original hotel we booked had a water issue so the host placed in this apartment instead as we were a late booking and arriving outside of hours. The apartment was cosy, roomy and well-equipped. The check-in was easy and communication was excellent. Secure underground parking. The beds were comfortable and the showers were a dream after a ling drive! The cost was cheaper than a crappy studio motel room in Rocky. We will note this for future trips!

The apartment had some age to it, but a little love on cosmetic things, such as new curtains, a couch, bathroom touch ups, and a good carpet clean; would make this stay near perfect. But these are just cosmetic fixes and for the price, can't complain! These little things didn't ruin or affect our stay at all.

The bedrooms where big and they both had a bathroom each which was great as i was traveling with my support worker so it gave us the privacy we needed.

The beds didnt come with quilts and the air cons didnt work properly as the remotes didn't work all you could do was turn them on manually from the unit themselves, one of the showers the shower head needs to be decalcified or replaced as the water came out like it was coming from the bath spout. The water also went straight out the door as you needed to open the door to access the tap which is in the opposite direction to normal for hot and cold. There are a few neglected issues with the apartment with broken items that could be repaired as it would make the apartment shine and look like new.
