The main bed squeaked

Convenient, plenty of room for 8 adults. The Bathroom and Kitchen Facilities were adequate and adequately equipped and allowed our group to cook meals and be comfortable and enjoy our stay. The bedding linen was clean and there were no complaints.
I was disappointed with the towels provided whilst they were clean they were old and scratchy. The bed in the main bedroom was low and the mattress was not comfortable, hard in the middle and sloped to the side. Some of the House rules were puzzling. For example: keep the noise down after 6:00pm, No shoes in the house. The A/c vent in the hall way was very dusty. The lock on the ensuite window was broken and left on the window cill.

Great location, the house was very comfortable and spacious and accommodated our large group easily.
The only thing I would add is a top sheet to the bedding instead of just the doona cover.
