Parque Lotos Puerto de la Cruz

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, in a well-maintained residential complex. The apartment itself is comfortable and of a good size. The biggest advantages of this place are the high standard of the interior finish and the very large terrace. We highly recommend this place!

Honestly, the apartment does not have any major downsides. I only have three small remarks. First, the air conditioning is only in the living room and not in the bedroom. Second, the living room lighting is quite limited, and not all of the lights are working, so it feels a bit dark in the evenings and at night. Third, just an organizational note — getting from the garage to the apartment, whether by stairs or elevator, is fairly complicated, so it would be helpful to receive clear instructions at the beginning.

Schlüsselübergabe fand nicht statt. Kein Service, keine Informationen. Wir mussten erst anrufen, um überhaupt rein zu kommen. Es fehlten Informationen zu WLAN, Müllentsorgung, wie komme ich in die Garage (haben wir dann auch nicht genutzt.). Heutzutage ist es auch kein Problem deutsche Sender (wenn man an Deutsche vermietet) im TV zu haben.
