Le studio de Michel est très bien équipé et très propre. Donnant sur l’arrière du bâtiment (avec balcon) , il est aussi très calme. Ayant séjourné sur une période de canicule, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation. Bonne situation par rapport au centre de Bordeaux, accès rapide. Michel est , de plus, un hôte sympathique.
Les 2 étages d’escalier à monter peuvent être un bémol pour les personnes moins alertes.

Le studio clair et confortable, 2 lignes de bus dont le très pratique G pour accéder au centre, garage sécurisé , le calme et la propreté. La disponibilité de Michel.
Un lit de 160 pourrait améliorer encore, avec des oreillers plus fermes. Nous avons été surpris de trouver les distributeurs liquide vaisselle et savon sdb vides. Une bouilloire électrique pourrait compléter le confort dans ce studio tout neuf. Le réseau wifi ( invités) est faible mais Michel a su booster le réseau pour une visioconférence.

Le calme, une jolie vue, les équipements neufs et confortables
Le manque d’intimité, on monte dans l’appartement en haut en passant par l’escalier principal d’une maison individuelle dans laquelle notre hôte vit.
