The place is clean, modern and really spacious. It was a lot more than expected. It's in a nice area very close to quinta avenita. The host was easy to get ahold of and polite. The place was sufficiently stocked. Lots of towels and blankets. Excellent air conditioning.

We were the first to rent this place and so i had a few suggestions to the host. Little things to fix. The room downstairs was relatively sound proof the upstairs room was not. We used ear plugs. Host was not responsible for the construction noise next door obviously and being so close to the action guarantees some street noise. Be careful not to have wet feet or shoes as the floor is slippery when wet especially the stairs. Also the beach that's the closest didn't really have a beach the water was too high and the beach eroded. This may be a rare fluke or a time of year thing. I dont know. We had to walk a ways or drive to a nicer beach.
