The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was generally responsive and the stay itself was smooth and enjoyable.
The smoke detector was not working when we arrived. We notified the host and were told someone would come fix it, but no one ever showed up. Given that this is a basic safety item, the lack of follow-through was concerning.

Location close to pool and beach. Wonderful view of golf course. Very peaceful and relaxing. Almost everything we needed was available.
Bedding needed updating, needed more kitchen and bath towels, knives were rusted.
