Couple's Retreat - Get Away to Turtle Bay

They made it simple. The first time going through the gate you needed a code, but once in the apartment they provided a fob for the gate. At they provided a code for the front door, and thereafter we used a key for the door. It was very easy, and fast.

I wish the property had a water view, but then we would be paying Ritz Carlton prices.

We enjoyed the location and the security of the area. The keyless entry is a wonderful process, making it easy. We also appreciated the use of a cooler while we were there with the option of other items. We thought the add mentioned beach chairs, but could not find any, so we purchased two of them and left them there for other guest to enjoy. :-) We also purchase a full length mirror that may be useful for other guest when getting dressed.

The duct tape on the shower hose needs replaced, as it had water streaming out of it while in use. Since shoes are not to be worn in the condo (understandable), maybe a fold down chair/bench would be a nice addition for putting your shoes on. A small table on the window side of the bed would be a nice touch. Not big on having so many keys and fobs to access the amenities. Not much to dislike... very nice condo! Living room furniture isn't the most comfortable, but who sits around in Hawaii???

It was hard to get information from the management company. I had to email and call (with no answer) multiple times before getting any information. The management company was quick to respond when I first booked the property. But after that, the person I was communicating with would say that she would send information and then not send it. Very frustrating.
