Frangipani Hideaway

The property was easy to find (Frangapani out front) and presented exactly as shown in pics. The property had basic supplies (tea, coffee, sugar etc plus some basic condiments) which made a late arrival supper easy to manage. Property is directly opposite the Bowling Club, so meals out were easy. Instructions were clear once we identified which of the 13 emails we received had the details we needed.

Nothing about the property was an issue, however a front door mat (internal) would help to wipe wet/muddy shoes upon entry into the home. And a possible improvement might be adding a small microwave for quick and easy meals. Unfortunatly we had received 13 emails from the Managing Agent who, when contacted to resolve checkin issues, didn't listen to the customer. Too busy 'telling' what needed to happen, than listening to understand the our issue. Just assumed everyone knows how to use their specific on-line software. The owner / managing agent could consider alternatives to manage customer information for checkin when there is a glitch.

Very nice . Short walk to shops . Comfortable.

Mouldy washing machine . Was a bit smelly .
