Clean and cool
Terrible Staff communication, I got there late at night around 10pm and the heating was not working, I slept wearing my Jacket despite the fact I followed all the instructions on the email Next day I rang them in the morning and someone sort it out remotely but that evening again it went off and the annoying thing is that after 7pm no customer support till next day. You will asked to call 999 I slept in the cold fort 2 night in that house, they need to check the boiler and I must say they have terrible communication problem

The property was modern, the decor was lovely and fit for purpose for 6 people.
The back garden could do with a tidy and updating so that it can be used when staying. The back door had a loud creak when you opened it.
