Convenient and close to city

Good location and great to have parking

The heating had to be turned on every hour. The walls are paper thin so we could here a lot of people talking from the neighbouring properties

Pwrfect loation for moor park

Great location for the festival we went to at moor park. Great communication throughout. Lock box details were sent in the morning. Permits for 2 cars plus a spot on the pavement for a 3rd. The permit spaces werent full at any point while we were there. Plenty of shops, takeaways and pubs in walking distance. House was a decent size..3 bedroons with double beds and one with a single. Living room/kitchen was a decent size with good facilities. Nice shower and a bit of outside space

If i had to be picky id say it would be nice to have some hooks to hang coats when you walk in. And a table for eating but im not sure there would be room.

Great property and really suited what we needed. Close enough to city center (bonus nostalgia for us as UCLAN alumni to have to walk through the campus). Host communication excellent and friendly.

Nothing that can be fixed, permit parking area so extra cars had to park elsewhere, looks a little bit sketchy in some of the surrounding streets but it's actually ok. We were aware of this from check in information so not a surprise.

Good place for a group or family to stay close to the city centre... Clean with everything you'd need for your stay. Spacious bedrooms & nice bathroom.

The only thing we'd comment on is parking... & we'd like to stress that the host cannot really do much about this hence the score. You park on the curb outside so if your arriving in separate cars it may get a bit tight.

Nice clean and comfortable accommodation

Really clean and comfortable home. The beds were lovely, the house was warm, very clean and the kitchen very well appointed. Lovely extra touches like milk and bottled water in the fridge, nice Yorkshire Tea teabags provided with sweetener and sugar too. The owner was super helpful with questions I had about parking before arriving (no issues with parking when we arrived), and very helpful on the day with taxi recommendations. I had one issue with the oven which was completely my fault as I didn't switch it on at the wall and he responded very quickly again.

Recommended by Booking.com when original booking elsewhere was cancelled day before visit (Thanks for nothing, Stanley Street Apartments!) I am glad they did tho. Lovely, spotless house. Quiet area, despite being on edge of city centre. 4 bedrooms, double bed in 3 and a smaller single. Everything you'd need for a stay, even fresh milk in fridge. Free WiFi and Amazon TV also. Will use again when next in Preston.

Good value, well appointed, odd parking.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, excellent value for money compared to a hotel, and unexpectedly had WiFi (the listing said no WiFi). A home away from home.

The parking was odd. Be prepared to be told to park on the pavement opposite! We only had two cars, but 3 would possibly be cramped. A second toilet would have been nice, but hey, the price was excellent. The location was functional rather than nice, but easy access to city centre. More pillows on the beds would be nice, only one per person.
