67 - Walking distance to downtown

Overall, this property was good. The location was good and the parking was easy. It was nice having two bedrooms and the space was good. Hosts were communicative, but not always helpful and things (like not having wifi for two days) took a long time to get resolved. For a family with older kids, or a group of friends, this is a good option. The host provided a high chair which was very helpful and a pack & play we used as a play pen. The washer & dryer were also great and they had beach chairs in the closet. We left a beach umbrella for future guests.

This property needs some updates. It's pretty beat up from renters. There's lots of marks on the walls, the bathroom has rusty spots and it could really use a very deep clean. The linens were clean, but the entire place really needs a good update in order to look like the photos. The AC in the main bedroom works well, but it was installed wrong and therefore there were giant gaps that essentially left the window wide open with no screen. We bought tape and tried our best to keep it closed, but it didn't work well. The AC in the second bedroom only works okay - not great. I also didn't like that there was no deadbolt from the inside of the unit. Anyone with the door code could come in at any time. This means any past guests could enter if the code wasn't changed or anyone who happened to know it could come in at any time - employees, the owner, etc. This made me nervous at night. Traveling with my baby I didn't feel comfortable not knowing who had access to the home, especially when we were sleeping. We lost power one night, not the hosts fault at all, but then we were without wifi for 2 days. The wifi router is in another unit, not the one we stayed in, so we couldn't access it. When the wifi was "fixed" 2 days later the host told us that the password and everything was the same. It wasn't - which meant we were without wifi for even longer and I had to send the host several messages and finally call to get this resolved. This was very frustrating as international travelers without Canadian cell data and also a baby monitor that ran on wifi. It appears they have an AI responder on for messages, because I would always get two responses. One was nice and helpful, the other, not so much. The response time from a real person was slow our wifi concerns were not taken seriously until I finally got fed up and called the "emergency" line. Overall, this property is good, but with some work it could be much better!

It was very clean and very convenient/walking distance to the harbour and downtown areas for dining and entertainment.

Nothing really. It was great.

Great central location. The property was cozy but comfortable. The beds were so comfortable as were the living room furniture.

It would have been nice to have some milk in the fridge but I don't think anything else needs changing.
