Rooftop pool and bar excellent with amazing views across the city. Staff lovely, whole site very clean. Great location within walking distance (15/20 mins) of main train station and central Vienna.
The incredibly worrying start to our holiday when we had no obvious means of checking in and were sat in the lobby for three hours and making frantic and costly calls to Booking.com and fearing we were new in to a big city we had never been to before with nowhere to stay. It was only by talking to guests who were checking in that we found they had been sent check-in details by email - we hadn't. But working with another two guests who were in the same situation as us we managed to find that messages were dropping in to a message tab in a booking account on booking.com which we had no idea existed. THIS NEEDS SORTING OUT!!!! It also means we packed our luggage with towels/sheets as we also had no response to a message that these were already supplied. Not having any staff around across the weekends is not good for travellers like ourselves arriving/leaving on a Saturday - and please have the rooftop bar open seven days a week! The staff/food/drinks were lovely. Without the check-in problems I would have scored this a 9/10 instead of an 8.

Super lækkert hotel alt et pænt holdt rent og indbydende. Er man til gå kan man nemt gå op i byen ellers er det tog lige nedenfor.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren echt toll. Der Supermarkt gegenüber einfach top
Die Klimaanlage war bei 40 Grad defekt. Die Sauna war nicht lange in Betrieb.

The facility was clean and modenly decorated.
Personal opinion: the bed was uncomfortable: very hard matrass
Very summier kitchen equipment
The reception deks was all the time closed.
The venue is to far away from the city center to do it every time bu foot.
The swimming pool is not heated and very small for such a large number of rooms, so also very few places to sit around the pool.
The was a continuous noise outside so very unpleasant to leave windows open
