The property is extremely close to bus routes and only a 15 minute walk to phibsborough luas which makes it really accessible to get into the city centre . The gym was also a great bonus to have .
I would have liked if there were towels supplied and maybe even a small soap and shower gel as I had to go out and buy those as soon as I got there .

Freundliches Personal, modern eingerichtet, gute Lage, Küche ist groß aber nur mit Wasserkocher und Toaster.
Bett für 2 Personen zu klein (1,20 m breit), nicht sehr sauber, kein Mülleimer, keine Bügel im Schrank, keine Gardine (oder zumindest wenigstens zur Hälfte Milchglas)-nur Verdunklungsrollo>kaum Privatsphäre
1 Handtuch insgesamt für 2 Personen, ebenso Kopfkissen (bekommt man aber auf Nachfrage
Gemeinschaftsküche ist groß, aber nur mit Wasserkocher und Toaster ausgestattet-sonst nichts

This establishment is not prepared for clients who don’t bring every single item of toiletries, food, towels, with them. It provides absolutely nothing to the customers in terms of toiletries in the bathroom or even tea leaves or coffee in the kitchen. I think that this establishment should not be registered on Booking.com because it is really for long-term student housing where the student bring all of their equipment and materials from home with them for the semester. Also, the folks at the front desk were not well prepared by management to answer. Any questions about process or available amenities at all. They seem very startled to have a client from Booking.comwith typical tourist based expectations of an establishment. It was also quite noisy at night time from a bar outside patrons. It’s too bad because it had a lot of potential, but it is clearly not set up for vacation.
